Viopas Venture Consulting (VVC) is proud to have contributed successfully to BioM’s first BioEntrepeneur Bootcamp that is running over 7 weeks targeting Healthtech start-ups in Bavaria. VVC partners Barbara Krebs-Pohl (Munich) and Knut Sturmhoefel (Basel) were leading a half-day workshop on business model development and value proposition, introducing the principles of building a development plan that leads to efficient project execution, prudent budgeting and effective communication with various stakeholders. In addition, startups in the Medtech and Diagnostics sector were supported by a workshop on medical need, market and reimbursement led by Siro Gottardi, CEO of PeakSpirit, a subsidiary of VVC.
