What does reconciliation look like in practice? 💛🖤❤️ At St Vincent de Paul Society QLD, our Reconciliation Action Plan isn't owned by one team or one role. It's something that shapes how we work across the Society, from the services we deliver and the systems we build, to the relationships we foster with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and communities. Creating culturally safe and inclusive services takes all of us. It starts with listening, learning and ensuring respect is reflected in the decisions we make every day. By embedding these principles across every area of our work, we can continue building stronger relationships, delivering more culturally responsive services and creating lasting positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
