We’re looking for a Project Integration Manager to lead the design & optimization of hybrid Solar PV + Battery Energy Storage (BESS) solutions for large-scale industrial clients. 🔧 What you will do Design end-to-end Solar PV + BESS + EMS solutions Perform system simulation (PV yield, load profile, BESS sizing) Develop technical drawings (SLD, layout, interconnection) Select key equipment: inverter, PCS, battery, transformer, protection systems Support techno-commercial proposals with Sales/BD team Review & validate EPC/OEM designs from owner perspective Optimize CAPEX / OPEX for project efficiency ✅ What we’re looking for 2+ years in electrical design / Solar C&I / energy systems Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems & industry standards (IEC/IEEE) Experience with tools: PVsyst, ETAP, Homer, Matlab, AutoCAD Ability to work on simulation + solution design + pre-sales support Good English for technical documentation 🚀 Why join us?
