🚧 At VINCI Construction, our #SafetyDays 2026 brought teams together around a shared priority: preventing risks associated with interactions between people, vehicles and machinery. Across all our business units worldwide, this priority was brought through concrete actions, tailored to each activity and each work environment. VINCI Construction Grands Projets rolled out participatory activities, awareness sessions and feedback sessions across its projects. BATEG and Eurovia France gathered teams for workshops, site-based scenarios, discussions and experience-sharing. Chantiers Modernes Construction focused on coactivity, blind spots and equipment movement zones, while SOGEA MAROC mobilised teams around interactions between machinery, vehicles and pedestrians, with particular attention to blind spots. ETF reinforced safe circulation, systematic briefings and strictly respected prohibited areas on railway worksites. Seymour Whyte strengthened safe behaviours around live traffic and operating plant, while VINCI Building UK focused on people-plant interfaces, planning, personnel-free areas, communication and vigilance. Meanwhile, Soletanche Freyssinet led blind-spot exercises, discussions around High Potential (HiPo) events and field experience-sharing. Thank you to all the teams who worked hard to make these days a success, by sharing their experiences, challenging the status quo and helping to make every workplace safer. Because safety is not just for one week. It is built every day, together. 🤝 #transparency #exemplarity #dialogue
