Adapting to environmental challenges means changing the way we design, build and operate. Across VINCI Construction, this commitment is taking shape through recent initiatives led by our companies around the world. š± At Camacol Verde, Soletanche Bachy Colombia showed how engineering choices can reduce carbon impact from the design stage. Through its GEO and SB PREFA brands, the company shared the QUORA project, where alternative foundation solutions helped cut the carbon footprint by around 40%. š£ļø In road construction, Eurovia Deutschland is supporting the wider use of temperature-reduced asphalt, adapting production methods, equipment, measurements and knowledge-sharing. šā” Sustainability is also moving into everyday operations. In New Zealand, HEB Construction is transitioning its vehicle fleet to electric vehicles, helping reduce emissions across its activities. šļø Buildings are part of this commitment too. VINCI Building UKās Countess of Chester Women and Childrenās scheme has been shortlisted for the Sustainability Award at the North West Regional Construction Awards 2026. It is also the first NHS building in England to achieve the Net Zero Building Standard. From foundations to fleets, from asphalt to buildings, at VINCI Construction we have the solutions to reduce environmental impacts.
