Across VINCI Construction, our companies are giving young people direct access to the reality of our industry: practical skills, site operations, environmental awareness and the people behind each project. Here are a few recent examples of this commitment in action: 👷♀️ In New Zealand and Germany, HEB Construction and Eurovia Deutschland supported Girls in Hi-Vis Day and Girls’ Day respectively, giving young participants a hands-on introduction to infrastructure, road construction and civil engineering, from traffic management and cable locating to site visits and exchanges with professionals. 🎓 This same commitment to sharing knowledge continues with students and future engineers. In the United Kingdom, Taylor Woodrow Civils South West is supporting the University of Bristol Civil Engineering Society, helping students connect with civil engineering through site visits and exchanges with industry professionals. 🏗️ In France, Chantiers Modernes Construction welcomed ESTP students to the RN10 project in Trappes, giving them insight into a complex urban requalification project combining mobility, environmental ambitions, social commitments and technical expertise. From initiatives encouraging girls to explore construction, to university partnerships and site visits, these actions help make our industry more tangible, more accessible and more open to the next generation. 🤝
