C.O.O chez Pierre Fabre Group

🌎 Back from Mexico, I leave with a strong conviction: operational excellence continues to be a decisive driver of performance across the Americas. During our Americas Business Reviews and several field visits with our teams and CDMO partners, I saw tangible progress on the priorities that matter most every day: stronger supply chain reliability, higher service levels, sharper inventory management and faster product launches 📈 In a demanding and fast-moving environment, our teams demonstrate a remarkable ability to adapt while keeping execution disciplined and focused. One element stands out clearly: the reinforcement of our S&OP governance is delivering concrete results. Combined with the deployment of digital solutions, it is improving forecast accuracy, strengthening responsiveness and helping us make better decisions, faster 📊 These advances have a very direct impact on our customers, with more agility, more reliability and stronger consistency in delivery. This trip also confirmed the value of staying close to the field: listening to local teams, working hand in hand with industrial partners and keeping quality and execution at the center of daily operations. 🙏 A sincere thank you to all our teams across the Laboratoires Pierre Fabre Americas for their commitment and energy. This momentum gives us confidence for the next steps 🚀 Pamela Izquierdo Lazo Danielle Bibas Mônica Galvão Sartorato Philippe De Carvalho Maud Vimeux Fernando Junoy Nuria Perez Cullell Eric Gouy Eric Ducournau  Wellington Rocha #Mexico #SupplyChain #BusinessReview #Team #OperationalExcellence
