Regenerative architecture studio | Designing biomimetic ecosystems | For cities, developers & institutions | Book a project

What if our cities stopped being resource consumers… and started becoming regenerative ecosystems ? 🌍 With HYPERIONS Agro-Towers in Jaypee Sports City, New Delhi, India, Vincent Callebaut Architectures, Paris is currently developing a forward-looking urban project that redefines the role of architecture within rapidly growing megacities. Rather than isolated objects, these towers are conceived as living infrastructures, integrating: 🌾 Urban agriculture to reintegrate food production into the city ⚡ On-site renewable energy systems 🌿 Biodiversity-driven design strategies 🏙️ A holistic model where architecture functions as an ecosystem Developed through bioclimatic and biomimetic principles, HYPERIONS aims to reduce energy demand, enhance natural comfort, and strengthen urban resilience in the specific context of New Delhi’s climate and urban density challenges. 🌲 The use of Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) supports this approach by: • significantly reducing embodied carbon • ensuring high structural performance • introducing a warm, human-centered architectural quality This project is currently under study in New Delhi, India, in dialogue with urban stakeholders, and reflects a broader shift in how cities, developers, and institutions can rethink urban growth under climate constraints. We are actively open to collaborations with: 🏙️ Cities & municipalities 🏗️ Developers & real estate partners 🏛️ Institutions & research organizations to explore the implementation of regenerative urban systems at scale. 👉 How can we move from conventional sustainable buildings to cities that actively produce resources? #RealEstateDevelopment #Greenbuilding #SustainableRealEstate #ESG #GreenBuilding #Investment #FutureCities #UrbanInnovation #Immobilier #MassTimber #Architecture #VincentCallebautArchitectures
