🎓 Baigtas modulis: Taikomoji organizacijos psichologija ISM University of Management and Economics Esu dėkinga dėstytojai Birutei Ruplytei už įžvalgas, o kurso kolegoms - už prasmingas diskusijas, skirtingas patirtis ir puikią atmosferą. Žinios ir įžvalgos buvo vertingos, tačiau ne mažiau vertingi buvo žmonės. Kartais net keista, kaip vienoje auditorijoje gali susirinkti tiek daug šiltų, draugiškų ir vieni kitus palaikančių asmenybių. Jei šis modulis mane kažko išmokė, tai ne tik naujų žinių, bet ir geresnio savęs pažinimo. Dėl to jaučiuosi žengusi dar vieną žingsnį link geresnės savo versijos. „Yra dalykų, kurie gali būti daromi tik lėtai.“ - B. Ruplytė ----------------------- 🎓 Module Completed: Applied Organizational Psychology at ISM University of Management and Economics I am grateful to lecturer Birutė Ruplytė for her insights, and to my fellow participants for the meaningful discussions, diverse experiences, and great atmosphere throughout the module. The knowledge and perspectives gained were truly valuable, but the people were just as important. Sometimes it feels surprising that so many warm, friendly, and supportive individuals can come together in one classroom. If this module taught me anything, it was not only new concepts and ideas, but also a deeper understanding of myself.
