🌍 Finance Managers! 🌍 📋 I am recruiting for a 14-month maternity cover FTC sitting within a multi-entity European accounting function, reporting into the Head of Accounting 📋 What you'll be doing: •  Managing month-end close and financial reporting across multiple European entities •  Overseeing intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations across a complex multi-entity structure •  Leading statutory and external reporting, including working to US GAAP and FRS102 •  Preparing and maintaining inventory, freight and duty accounting schedules •  Managing two direct reports and supporting their development •  Ensuring SOX and internal audit compliance across relevant entities •  Partnering with the Head of Accounting EMEA on year-end, audit and wider finance projects What we're looking for: • Fully qualified accountant — ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent — with post-qualified experience • Strong financial accounting background with multi-entity or intercompany experience • US GAAP knowledge essential; strong IFRS/FRS102 candidates also considered • Experience in an inventory-holding business — retail, FMCG, supply chain or distribution preferred • Confident people manager with experience leading a small team •  Ideally available to start in July or on 6 weeks notice The package: •       Salary up to £72,000 •       £5,000 car allowance •       15% bonus (pro rata) •       Hybrid working — one day per week in Central London
