Four years ago, I walked into a temple on a college campus. Not planned. Just a Thursday like today. Inside a worried mother. A son with a choice to make. Twenty minutes. An honest conversation. A selfie. I left and never thought about it again. Last month he found me on LinkedIn. Sent that selfie. And three lines: "𝗛𝗶 𝘀𝗶𝗿, 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲. 𝗪𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲. 𝗚𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀." Some wins don't show up on a balance sheet. This is one of them.
