Literally, hiring a person without a degree/healthy experience and believe if he can do something which he never did, is the biggest kind gift I have ever got from them. ☀️ I used to be an SDR. Now I design online experience which sell itself. These are the ones who chose to bet on my potential over credentials. And I think, sometimes, all it takes is people who trust in you before you fully believe in yourself. I'll always be grateful for that trust. I'm so sure that whenever I get the chance, I will do the same for someone else. Happy Weekend 🍃
