Opening Ceremony of the Nuclear Power Plant Construction Engineering Training Program at HUCE – Developing High-Quality Human Resources for National Mega Projects On April 24, 2026, the opening ceremony of the Civil Engineering training program specializing in Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) construction was held at Trường Đại học Xây dựng Hà Nội - Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), with the participation of outstanding engineers and the executive board of Vinaconex Corporation, as well as professors and experts from HUCE. The training program in Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) Construction Engineering was established with the aim of developing a new generation of specialized engineers, equipped with a strong theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience, to contribute to key projects that have a critical impact on national energy security and strategic infrastructure. Experts from the Vietnuc network have actively contributed to the development and review of the program. Vietnuc is also prepared to participate in thematic discussions on NPP construction techniques, as well as broader issues related to the engineering, management, and operation of nuclear energy projects.
