As we closed the first half of the year, we recently came together for an internal exchange on AI, collaboration, and Sportsgeist. Across two days, we explored what it means to become a human-led, agent-powered organization: moving from personal productivity to AI solutions that can be used by the whole team. Thanks to the AI x Org core team for guiding us through Alexander Pöllmann, Lisa Geier, Julian Speckmaier, Marius Müglich, Vera Snell Sportsgeist added another important perspective. Our very own Amelia, Emma, Oliver, and Jan shared lessons from their professional sports careers on resilience, motivation, pressure, and team performance. We also learned from Felix van den Hövel from SailGP what real grit looks like. With that Sportsgeist, we are moving into the second half of the year.
