Vienna Bites 2026: Celebrating Vienna’s culinary identity 👨‍🍳 At the Vienna Visitor Economy Forum 2025, the Vienna Tourist Board presented the strategic focus for the coming year: “Vienna Bites. Cuisine, Culture, Character.” 🍽️ Culinary travel is rising worldwide – and Vienna is uniquely positioned. As the only city in the world with its own named cuisine, Vienna’s culinary heritage ranges from imperial influences to contemporary innovations.
