I am writing as a long-standing, loyal customer residing at Mantri Elegance Apartments on Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru. I am highly disturbed to learn that our entire apartment complex is facing a complete network disconnection this coming Saturday.The Apartment Owners' Association is disconnecting power to ACT’s network equipment because ACT has allegedly failed to pay its infrastructure/electricity charges for the past many months. The Crisis: Paid in Advance: Many residents—including myself and my elderly father—have paid ACT for our subscriptions months in advance (in my case, a full 1-year prepaid plan). Administrative Deadlock: The Association states invoices were sent repeatedly. Conversely, ACT support claims no invoices were received. Customers are being held hostage by an internal communication failure. The Consequences: If power is cut on Saturday, dozens of households, remote workers, and families will lose an essential utility through absolutely no fault of our own. I have historically been a brand champion for ACT, recommending your fiber network to numerous friends and relatives across Bangalore. Right now, I deeply regret that decision. Requesting Immediate Executive Intervention before Saturday to: 1️⃣ Clear the administrative/payment dispute with our Association immediately. 2️⃣ Provide a clear update to all affected residents at Mantri Elegance. 3️⃣ Outline ACT's immediate compensation/refund framework if prepaid services are disrupted.
