Based in Munich, Tectus strategically extends the platform’s capabilities in energy-efficient flat-roof refurbishment, and execution at scale. Together, we’re accelerating the decarbonization and resilience of commercial and industrial buildings across Germany, backed by Vidia Climate Fund I. Leadership update: Founder Peter Ruppert will retire after more than 20 years of successful leadership. Sebastian Richter (Managing Director) and Carsten Bölke (Authorized Signatory) will continue to lead Tectus within the DEZ group. “Tectus brings exactly the strategic capabilities we sought to extend DEZ’s offering.
