For 18 years my job title wore down my identity. I called it security. It was costing me my voice. The longer you carry the title, the heavier it gets. You stop noticing the weight. Ask what made it possible. 5. There's a version of you the title never let arrive. ↳ Do one thing today the title can't take credit for. Now I write what I think under my own name. My voice was always there. The title was squashing it. When your voice arrives after the meeting ends... That voice was there the whole meeting.  The title was talking over it.
