If you're a lawyer with trust authorisation, or a barristers’ clerk operating a trust account, we encourage you to get ready for your end of trust year reporting. The trust year ends soon (31 March), and LSB Online will be open for submission of Part A and Part B forms on 2 April. Both forms are due by 30 April. Practising lawyers with trust authorisation must complete the Part A form. Law practices and barristers’ clerks who have received trust monies must also complete the Part B form and have their trust records reviewed by an external examiner.
