Places are filling fast for the August session of the Victorian Bar’s revamped Reflective Practice Program that equips barristers with the skills they need to support their wellbeing in the context of interpersonal and other challenges. Reflective practice is an experiential learning process that involves thoughtful, honest, and critical appraisal of work events and develops insights to future practice. The program covers core competencies in structured reflection and self-regulation strategies tailored to the legal setting.   This one-day facilitated session will be held at the Victorian Bar Mediation Centre, Level 11, 460 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, on Friday, 14 August 2026. CPD points will be awarded under the Equality and Wellbeing category, based on the number of hours completed. Click here to register: https://lnkd.in/gvfX8S4b
