A fantastic reminder of why I love what I do…the people and impact on organisations/businesses! 🙏🙏 The perfect way to wrap up three fantastic leadership away days in beautiful Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿☀️ Thank you to RSK Group for the warm welcome at the Devine Argrennan House. Everything was perfect. Over the last few days we’ve challenged thinking, had honest conversations, built stronger connections and, most importantly, created practical work plans that people are genuinely excited to put into action. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing a leadership team leave feeling energised, aligned and empowered to make a difference. A huge thank you to a brilliant group of leaders at DWD and thank you for your openness, enthusiasm and willingness to embrace new ideas.
