The National Walk for Truth is underway – and more than 60 VU staff & students participated in the opening leg alongside 1,700 registered walkers.✊🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ VU continues to support the 39-day journey from Naarm to Canberra, led by First Peoples and grounded in truth-telling and healing. At the heart of it is Travis Lovett, former Deputy Chair and Commissioner of the Yoorrook Justice Commission, walking over 800km to call for a national truth-telling process. This walk reflects what VU stands for.
