You will see our beautiful mint across our tables in the restaurant. Alongside this, produce from the Contini Kitchen Garden is carefully grown and harvested for our seasonal menus, bringing fresh, local ingredients straight from garden to plate. Growing and using our own herbs and produce is part of our commitment to greener tourism and more sustainable dining.
