✨ Wrapping things up and Celebrating a Year of Growth ✨✨ 🎬 After more than a year of learning, collaborating, and mastering the art of keeping many moving parts in harmony, our levelup!NEXTGEN talent Program officially came to an end on December 3rd, with a lovely closing event at the Bonn Studio. 🫂 Traveling there to see my team again,Silke Göddertz Kristina Fahl Christiane Große-Kampmann, after last meeting them at the Kick-Off, brought back the kind of genuine excitement that only comes from seeing a team you truly enjoy working with. We closed our project, caught up on life, shared stories, laughed a lot… and yes, the HR Party on the same day was a very convenient bonus for meeting even more colleagues! 💪 If I had to sum it up, I’d say this: we worked hard, but we laughed even harder. Through every challenge, we supported each other, kept each other sane, and learned more than we expected. Honestly, that’s what teamwork should be about, right? 🙏 A special thank you to our Management team, Anaïs Fabinger Dr. Florian Scheiber Tony Keller Ilja B. your support and genuine care were felt throughout this journey! 🚀 Grateful for the ride, proud of what we accomplished, and ready for chapter 2026!
