Excited to share my first-author publication!  In this study, we developed a bimodal imaging nano platform for monitoring macrophage-mediated inflammation. Some key findings include: 🔹 Application of response surface methodology to systematically define the formulation design space and desirability-based method to simultaneously optimize multiple competing critical quality attributes. 🔹 Extension of the functional utility of indocyanine green (ICG) for inflammation monitoring following administration of a single low dose. I am deeply grateful to my advisor Jelena Janjic, PhD and co-author Sanjida Ahmed Srishti for their guidance and insightful discussions throughout this project. 📖 Publication: On-demand engineering of bimodal nanoimaging agents for monitoring inflammation using quality-by-design.
