When women workers thrive, industries do too. Through a partnership with RISE, VF and The VF Foundation are helping women in Central America’s garment sector access safer workplaces, financial literacy training, and stronger support systems. What started in Guatemala is now growing across the region. As of April 2026, 1,500 workers in Guatemala have already been trained on financial literacy and gender based violence and harassment (GBVH) prevention.
