Energy ✅ Fresh perspectives ✅ A wealth of creative ideas ✅ Our latest Innovation Bootcamp proved that the best solutions often happen when we step outside our daily routines. 💡It was great to see so many people from all different teams come together to think and create. Together, we spent two days diving into hands-on exercises and finding new ways to tackle the challenges we see every day. It really showed how a small shift in approach can make a massive difference in our actual work. The highlight was definitely Moonshot The Innovation Game 🚀. It turned some pretty big, abstract ideas into something real. Beyond the "aha" moments, the real win was seeing people from different departments finally connect and start mapping out ways to bring this energy back to their teams.
