Did you know at VetChat we have our own Support Office team? We are all vets and vet nurses, except of course our in-house tech team (you wouldn’t want vets writing code and fixing tech!). We recently completed a 3 day workshop at VetChat focusing on our customer experience for the thousands of customers that rely on VetChat daily. From clinics that use VetChat for after-hours support, to pet carers needing vet advice in the middle of the night, at VetChat we continuously improve our tech design and workflow - no problem is too big! Our CEO and Founder Dr Claire Jenkins always reviews our tech build and support to ensure we adhere to our VetChat values: Care - We always do what’s best for pets, and help carers feel confident about what to do. Every interaction - with clinics, carers, or teammates - is grounded in empathy, compassion, and respect. Quality - What we do, we do well. From medical advice to client support, excellence is at the heart of VetChat. Collaboration - We solve problems together and stay connected, even as a remote team. We walk alongside clinics and each other to achieve better outcomes. Tech with purpose is at the heart of all we do at VetChat - we can’t wait to share our latest updates and enhancements with our customers.
