Here’s to the graduate class of 2024. 🎓 We recently held our annual Graduation Camp to conclude another cycle of our Global Graduate Programme. Over several days, graduates shared their experiences of working across the organisation and exchanged ideas on how we can further strengthen our impact energy systems around the world. This marks the end of their two-year learning journey, which included rotations, development modules and accelerated growth opportunities. They are now well prepared to take the next step in their careers. Once again, well done and thank you to all our graduates.
