The best brands are built in the details. Lebara had been quietly outperforming the market for years: strong product, loyal customers, serious scale. Our role was to help sharpen how that strength shows up. Together with Lebara’s in-house team, we translated an existing strategic foundation into a digital-first brand design platform, built to ensure consistency across markets, teams, and touchpoints. Because in digital, consistency is the brand. It’s how the interface feels, how the language lands, how motion behaves and how every small interaction adds up to one recognisable experience. That level of coherence only happens through real partnership. Close enough to challenge. Trusted enough to build together.
