We are seeking an experienced AI Tester with 5–7 years of QA/Software Testing experience and hands-on exposure to AI/ML applications. Location – Pune Key Responsibilities ·       Test AI/ML models, applications, and intelligent automation solutions. ·       Validate model accuracy, performance, bias, fairness, and reliability. ·       Design and execute manual and automated test cases for AI systems. ·       Perform data validation, model output verification, and regression testing. ·       Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Teams. ·       Identify defects, document findings, and track resolution. ·       Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and banking standards. Required Skills ·       5–7 years of Software Testing/QA experience. ·       1–3 years of experience testing AI/ML-based applications. ·       Strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing. ·       Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. ·       Knowledge of Python, SQL, and test automation frameworks. ·       Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI testing. ·       Experience with defect management tools such as Jira. ·       Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred. ·       Preferred Qualifications ·       Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ·       ISTQB or relevant testing certifications.
