We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities ·      Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. ·      Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. ·      Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. ·      Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. ·      Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. ·      Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts. ·      Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders. ·      Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. ·      Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices. Required Skills & Qualifications ·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ·      3–5 years of IT recruitment experience ·      Strong sourcing skills using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
