Hiring for Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience for Pune (Remote) Job Description: • Requirements analysis:   Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements across digital, data, and core banking platforms. • Technical solution design:   Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications, user stories, data flows, and integration requirements. • Agile delivery support:   Work with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Testers to refine backlog items, support sprint planning, and ensure high quality delivery. • Process & system analysis:   Map current vs future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with Westpac’s technology standards. • Stakeholder engagement:   Liaise with cross functional teams, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business and technology. • Data & API understanding:   Analyse data models, API specs, and system interfaces to support integration and platform enhancements. • Good knowledge of Data Warehouses Note: Opening for IMMEDIATE joiners only.    Please share your CV on [email protected] with Subject “Business Analyst"    Thanks & Regards,  HRD Verve Square
