Studio Meshary AlNassar is now complete. And we are delighted with the results. Our fourth project in the fabulous Alserkal and this one really is very special. Executed by Verve Design & Build, the project involved extensive coordination across finishes, glazing, lighting, MEP, facade works and specialist detailing, with a continued focus on quality and consistency throughout delivery. From the terrazzo flooring and marble detailing through to ceiling integration, partitions and final finishes, every stage required close coordination between trades, suppliers, and site teams to ensure the design intent was carried through properly on site. But most important of all was the co-ordination with the canines of Alserkal for the installation of the first dog bar on the avenue, even our four-legged friends approve. On time. On budget. No defects. No surprises.
