Vertiv has entered into an agreement to acquire Purge Rite Intermediate LLC (“PurgeRite”), a leading provider of specialized fluid management services. PurgeRite’s expertise will further expand Vertiv’s portfolio of services to support liquid cooling for AI deployments and other critical applications. PurgeRite brings engineering expertise, proprietary technologies, and strong relationships with hyperscalers and Tier 1 colocation providers. Their mechanical flushing, purging, and filtration services are essential for liquid cooling systems in today's demanding AI infrastructure environments. The combined services are anticipated to extend Vertiv’s capabilities throughout the facility and across the entire thermal chain, directly expanding liquid cooling loop expertise in project implementation and lifecycle services.
