Most businesses don't have a sales problem. They have an execution problem. I've seen businesses spend months chasing more leads, new marketing strategies, and bigger sales targets, I too have been through this. But the real issue was usually much simpler: • No clear processes • Poor accountability • Founder involved in every decision • Teams waiting for instructions More sales don't fix broken operations. In fact, they often make the problem worse. One lesson I've learned while building and operating businesses: Growth doesn't come from doing more. It comes from removing bottlenecks. Before trying to increase revenue, ask: What tasks still depend on me? Where does work get delayed? What process exists only in someone's head? What would break if I disappeared for a week? The answers usually reveal the real growth constraints. The businesses that scale aren't always the smartest. They're often the ones that execute consistently. My Next four posts will highlight the topics that I faced initially, hopefully it can bring some value to you. (The four bottlenecks that stunned my growth are mentioned in the post) What's the biggest operational bottleneck you've seen inside a business?
