VEON CEO Kaan Terzioglu, and Beeline Kazakhstan CEO Jabbor Kayumov met with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Kazakhstan, reaffirming VEON’s commitment to supporting the goals of the Digital Qazaqstan Strategy and the country’s long-term digital development. At the Foreign Investors Council, VEON highlighted progress on the launch of Direct to Cell technology in Kazakhstan, developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development. Combining satellite and terrestrial networks, the solution is designed to extend coverage across the country and expand access to digital connectivity. Through Beeline Kazakhstan, VEON continues to invest in the digital infrastructure powering the next phase of growth, from AI-ready and cloud infrastructure to next-generation connectivity.
