From 41 seconds to 20 seconds – in one day. After our demo day at Venten Technology Center, one of the customers tested the recommended Kennametal tool and cutting parameters in their own production. Result: cycle time reduced from 41 sec to 20 sec, and chip control improved significantly. This is exactly why we organize these demo days. 👏 12 customers from 7 companies joined us together with Kennametal. We presented the latest cutting tool solutions and showed our CNC machines in real cutting conditions. 🔧 Milling (Hyundai): Dodeka, GoMill Pro, Harvi IV, Kentip FS HP 🔧 Turning (CMZ): Fix 8, Drill Fix Multi, HPR Drill Focus was on practical solutions that can be applied immediately to improve productivity and process stability. 💡 Several customers already identified new opportunities in their own production.
