29 smiling IT & Digital specialists came together in Hüllhorst, Germany. They were not only smiling because the photographer asked them to. They were happy and enthusiastic meeting their colleagues from across Europe to discuss and align on the priorities and direction for the coming years. Reflecting on the workshop, our Head of IT & Digital, Yannic Schroeder, shared: “We discussed how we can best enable and drive execution of VELUX Commercial new Strategy. What stood out most was the positive atmosphere, the colleagues’ commitment, and our shared ambition. I look forward to continuing the discussions and, most importantly, turning ideas into tangible impact. The workshop also created space to explore the latest developments in AI and discuss practical ways to apply them, supported by strong cross‑functional collaboration and diverse perspectives from across the team.
