Last week, the Velto Renewables team visited our Riosalido photovoltaic plant in Guadalajara (1.8 MWp, in operation since June 2008). Bringing together colleagues from France and Spain, the visit was an opportunity to connect with the asset on the ground and put our focus on HSE and operational excellence into practice. During the visit, we carried out a Safety Walk that combined hands‑on learning and joint risk spotting. The O&M contractor team led a safety and health briefing, a guided tour of the plant explaining how it operates and its main historical events, and performed a live demonstration of work under voltage, checking the protection devices of a string box and walking us through all the safety measures and procedures to follow. We then walked through the plant together, identifying at a glance potential safety and health hazards. These shared exercises are key to strengthening a common safety culture across countries and teams, making sure everyone at Velto Renewables sees HSE as a non‑negotiable part of how we operate our assets and create long‑term value. ☀️⚡⛑️🦺 #VeltoRenewables #OperationalExcellence #HSE #SafetyCulture
