Following the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement in January this year, Vellani & Vellani is pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of 92.3% shareholding and joint control of Attock Cement Pakistan Limited by Fauji Cement Company Limited Official and Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO) from Pharaon Investment Group Limited Holding S.A.L - Pharaon Holding and pursuant to the mandatory tender offer under the securities law.
