SLICE, SUPPORT, (try to) SMILE The last weeks have felt confusing, suffocating and restless. With everything that is happening next door to people so close to my home country, to my roots - Slavs... orthodox... moms with small kids... Day-to-day life feels depressing and intimidating... Finding ways to explain the situation to my children but not frighten them... Radiate stability to >3500 employees but express sense of urgency to prepare for a volatile environment... Embrace fear but not freak out ... What helped me a bit was slicing the elephant: # CONTRIBUTE and help as private individual  # MOBILIZE our CWS Group organization to supply refugee camps with hygiene products and support the CWS Group „double-donation" initiative # RE-ALIGN with the leadership team on specific measures and behaviors to safeguard business in the current VUCA environment  # APPRECIATE little things in life like our freshly renovated office in Duisburg... #cleanwellsafe
