For me, successful collaboration begins with a shared mindset. Trust, commitment and the willingness to create value together matter far more than company size or market share. Relationships become partnershipsโand partnerships create sustainable value. ย 2๏ธโฃ What does "The New Competition is Collaboration" mean to you personally? Today, I no longer ask, "๐๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ต๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด?" Instead, I ask, "๐๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ?" The future belongs to organisations that intelligently connect their capabilities and have the courage to share knowledge, markets and opportunities. ย ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ - CGL Through the Collaboration Growth Lab, we are building an international ecosystem that connects companies, entrepreneurs and institutions across industries and borders. Our belief is simple: in fragmented markets, competitiveness is no longer driven primarily by company size - it is created through intelligent collaboration. Small and medium-sized enterprises possess highly specialised expertise. When these capabilities are strategically connected, new value creation networks emerge that accelerate innovation, open international market opportunities and build more resilient supply chains. This is not about expanding contact lists or creating another networking platform. It is about building trusted partnerships based on shared values, mutual commitment and a common ambition to grow together. ย ๐ ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ I believe it is time to redefine competition. For me, #TheNewCompetitionisCollaboration means building bridges between companies, countries and people. The future belongs not to the biggest companies, but to the networks that create the greatest value together.
