For me, successful collaboration begins with a shared mindset. Trust, commitment and the willingness to create value together matter far more than company size or market share. Relationships become partnershipsโ€”and partnerships create sustainable value. ย  2๏ธโƒฃ What does "The New Competition is Collaboration" mean to you personally? Today, I no longer ask, "๐˜๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ ๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ต๐˜ฑ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฎ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ด?" Instead, I ask, "๐˜๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ ๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ?" The future belongs to organisations that intelligently connect their capabilities and have the courage to share knowledge, markets and opportunities. ย  ๐—•๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ - CGL Through the Collaboration Growth Lab, we are building an international ecosystem that connects companies, entrepreneurs and institutions across industries and borders. Our belief is simple: in fragmented markets, competitiveness is no longer driven primarily by company size - it is created through intelligent collaboration. Small and medium-sized enterprises possess highly specialised expertise. When these capabilities are strategically connected, new value creation networks emerge that accelerate innovation, open international market opportunities and build more resilient supply chains. This is not about expanding contact lists or creating another networking platform. It is about building trusted partnerships based on shared values, mutual commitment and a common ambition to grow together. ย  ๐— ๐˜† ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ I believe it is time to redefine competition. That is why I believe in a new generation of value creation networks: international, interdisciplinary and driven by entrepreneurs who are willing to share responsibility, combine strengths and shape the future together. For me, #TheNewCompetitionisCollaboration means building bridges between companies, countries and people. The future belongs not to the biggest companies, but to the networks that create the greatest value together.
