Australian e-bike start-up Bolt Bikes will rebrand as Zoomo after raising $16 million in a funding round led by the Australian government-backed Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC,) which will be used to expand its operations locally as well as in the UK and US. The e-bikes mainly targets delivery companies, gig economy workers and inner-city commuters, but also for keen consumers looking for an environmentally friendly mode of transport with low carbon emissions.
