What can Victoria learn from the Scots about violence reduction? VCOSS was delighted to meet with Scottish innovator Karyn McCluskey while she was in Melbourne this week for the Violence Reduction Unit Victoria (VRU)’s “Prevention in Practice” seminar. It was a pleasure to delve into Karyn’s experiences with the Scottish VRU and to share reflections on the power of prevention, early intervention and system-spanning responses.
