Located ~900km NE of Perth and 25km from Leonora, KOTH combines open pit and underground mining with exciting exploration upside.   🎯 The Role Reporting to the Open Pit Mine Manager, you will lead day-to-day mining production to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes. Key responsibilities include: ⛏️ Lead daily open pit operations (drill & blast, load & haul, ROM & waste) 📊 Deliver production targets (daily/weekly/monthly) 👷 Manage supervisors, crews, and contractors 📈 Monitor fleet utilisation, productivity, and performance ⚖️ Ensure compliance with WHS Act 2020 & Mining Regulations 2022 💰 Control operational costs (labour, fuel, equipment, consumables) 🔧 Drive continuous improvement initiatives 🤝 Collaborate with Planning, Geology & Maintenance teams 🌱 Coach and develop your team   ✅ About You Proven experience as a Production Superintendent (open pit gold/hard rock) Strong leadership and production delivery focus Commercial mindset with cost control capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 💻 Systems: INX, Pronto, Power BI, MS Office 🎓 WA Unrestricted Quarry Manager Certificate (essential) 📋 Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor 🚗 Current WA C Class Driver’s Licence 💼 What We Offer 💲 Competitive salary (fortnightly pay) ✈️ FIFO Perth (approx. 1-hour flight to Leonora + Velocity points) 🔄 8:6 roster 👶 Paid parental leave Additional Paywise benefits: 🚗 Novated leasing ✈️ FIFO travel 🛠️ Trade tools & electronics 🎓 Self-education support 🛫 Airport lounge membership 🚀 Ready to Apply?
