🏆 The future doesn't start after graduation. It starts with the opportunities we create today. Last week, we celebrated a special milestone: 12 apprentices successfully completed their vocational training at VAT GROUP. Congratulations to all our graduates! 🎉👏 At VAT, apprenticeships are about much more than earning a diploma. They are about discovering strengths, building confidence, developing expertise and shaping the next generation of innovators. As our company continues to grow and new technologies drive our industry forward, investing in young talents has never been more important. For more than 60 years, VAT has been committed to vocational education, with over 200 apprentices successfully completing their training. We are especially proud that around 36% have continued their careers with us. A heartfelt thank you to our vocational trainers, colleagues and the families who supported our graduates throughout their journey. Your dedication makes all the difference.
