International Women’s Day 2026 at VAT 💜 Across VAT GROUP, we turned #IWD into a week of action! What stood out this year were the initiatives – big and small – that colleagues created locally and which brought this year’s #GiveToGain theme to life. From inspiring exchange sessions in Switzerland to mentoring and community initiatives in Malaysia and creative charity traditions in Romania – and many other activities in our sites in Korea and China. IWD is a yearly highlight, but our commitment to equality and inclusion continues every day. In our recently launched Sustainability Report, we reaffirm a simple principle: equality grows through everyday decisions.
