Ten years ago, we built our first app in a one-room office in Surat. No funding. No roadmap. Just late nights, broken code, and a stubborn belief that it might matter someday. We didn’t call it “impact” back then. We just called it “shipping.” Fast forward to last month. A founder I’ve never met messaged me. She said: “Your app changed how I run my clinic.” And I just paused. Because you never really expect that sentence to come back to you. We measure success in numbers: downloads, revenue, growth, scale. But real impact doesn’t show up in dashboards. It shows up in moments like this. In someone’s workflow being simpler. In someone’s day getting easier. In someone doing better work because of something you built years ago. We started in a small room in Surat. Today, the work is somewhere we never planned it to go. And maybe that’s the real truth about building products. You don’t always see where they go. But they go further than you think. If you’ve ever built something that surprised you later, I’d love to hear your story. 👇 What’s one product you built that had unexpected impact? #StartupJourney #BuildingInPublic #Entrepreneurship #ProductDevelopment #SaaS #TechStories #FoundersLife #SoftwareEngineering #IndianStartups #Innovation
