FRESH OFF THE PRESS!! Pyromania is an intriguing psychiatric rarity, which presents as an impulse-control disorder characterized by repeated, deliberate fire-setting accompanied by increasing tension and followed by a sense of immediate gratification afterwards. We present a restrospective chart review spanning 10-year data on individuals with pyromania, collected from a community hospital in Bronx.
